We are looking for a Procurement Expert (m/w/d) to join us and strengthen our Digital Solutions entity with your expertise in strategic and operational procurement. Digital Solutions drives the digital transformation within Endress+Hauser, supporting customers and colleagues worldwide with smart, connected solutions that make processes more efficient and sustainable.

In this role, you will have the chance to shape procurement processes and create lasting value. As part of our Digital Solutions entity in Reinach, you will play a central role in shaping procurement processes and ensuring smooth collaboration between development, product management, and supply chain. You will work closely with international stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives that strengthen our supplier base and secure the best outcomes for our company and our customers.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Responsibility for developing and implementing strategic procurement concepts
- Comprehensive operational responsibility for the entire procurement process
- Building, maintaining, and further developing our supplier network
- Negotiating, drafting, and strategically shaping supplier contracts in line with company objectives
- Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and processes
- Acting as an interface between development, product management, and supply chain
- Leading strategic projects in procurement and supply chain
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Higher education with a focus on strategic purchasing or supply chain management
- At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in a digital environment
- Experience working with international suppliers and in supplier qualification
- Strong knowledge of contract design and supplier contract negotiations
- Excellent organizational skills for timely and efficient execution of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, social competence, team spirit, and assertiveness
- Fluent German and English skills (business level)
