- Correct and proportionate fulfillment of tasks taking into account the legal basis as well as correctional relevant requirements and regulations
- Coordination and monitoring of daily operations
- Operation of communication and security systems
- Personal and property checks
- Administrative tasks within the scope of the activities to be performed
- Work in shifts
Your profile
- 3- or 4-year vocational training with federal certificate of competence and several years of professional experience
- Impeccable reputation
- Confident German and foreign language skills
- Physically and mentally resilient, flexible and communicative personality
- Good technical understanding and skilled handling of IT
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Positive attitude towards closed correctional services and integrity in dealing with people in correctional services regardless of their offenses and cultures
- Willingness to train at the Swiss Competence Center for Correctional Services SKJV, preferably already with a degree as a correctional specialist
- Driver's license category B
