- You communicate and negotiate with policyholders, insured persons, doctors, patient representatives, and other social and private insurers
- You write demanding correspondence including orders and conduct telephone conversations on equal footing
- You work closely with our medical service
- You actively shape positive change – with curiosity and your constructive approach

- Solid expertise and experience in case processing in accident insurance
- Commercial or equivalent education
- Empathy and team orientation combined with independence and reliability
- Basic medical knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German – French and English are a plus
- And: humor, drive and motivation to make a difference
