The Kantonsschule Stadelhofen is a high school with around 700 students, 100 teachers, and various academic profiles. For the 2026/2027 school year, a new location will additionally be opened on the Empa site in Dübendorf with various academic profiles as well as an HMS, and will be expanded annually. School social work started at Kantonsschule Stadelhofen in the 2022/2023 school year as a pilot project and is now being expanded following canton-wide implementation. For the two school locations, we are looking for a school social worker 50% from May 1, 2026, or by agreement, for at least 3 working days (Friday if possible).

Your tasks
- Introduction of school social work at the new location in Dübendorf, participation in creating the health concept
- Participation in prevention and early detection at Kantonsschule Stadelhofen and Dübendorf and the respective commission for health, prevention, and counseling
- Resource- and solution-oriented counseling with students and their reference persons
- Counseling school management and teachers
- Networking with and to external specialist offices, services, and triage
- Conducting class interventions and workshops
- Participation and development of the counseling offer
- Participation and development of the school culture at the respective school location
Your profile
- You are a committed, humorous personality and bring experience in school social work and counseling with adolescents and young adults.
- You have a broad repertoire of methods in school social work and are familiar with mental health, learning coaching, and neurodivergent youth.
- You work in a structured and independent manner but also enjoy working in a team and look forward to a creative and social environment in an educational institution.
- A formal requirement for application is a bachelor's degree in social work combined with further training in school social work (CAS) or a comparable field (CAS).
