Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). We offer social services for adults in difficult life situations and promote their social and professional integration.
In the field of education, we organize a variety of courses – from language to integration offers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented personality who enjoys organizing and administratively supports our course management. The position is organizationally assigned to the specialist service, ensuring mutual representation, and works closely with the education team leader.
From 01.10.2025 or by arrangement
You can expect from us
- Independent administration of course management: course planning, bookings, confirmations, and billing
- Management of course rooms and coordination with course instructors
- Booking and support of participants in our course software (Tocco)
- General administrative support for the education team leader
- Participation in the further development of processes in course administration
You bring with you
- Experience in course administration or comparable activities·
- Confidence in handling course software (ideally experience with Tocco) as well as good MS Office skills
- Enjoyment of structured and careful working methods·
- Service-oriented, communicative personality·
- Residence in the Horgen district or surrounding area is an advantage·
- Flexibility to be regularly available in the mornings
