Position: Compensation and Benefits Officer M/F – Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave absence.
Location: Next to the "Les Prés" metro station in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the entire administrative management and payroll of the company's employees. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the payroll payments (about 600 payslips), the smoothness and accuracy of the administrative circuits and documents related to HR. You will also be responsible for the proper functioning and evolution of Payroll settings.
Supported by a payroll assistant, and within the framework of outsourced payroll, your main missions will be:
1. Supervise payroll and personnel administration
- Manage outsourced payroll: transmission of variables (remunerations, absences, deductions), control of payslips and final settlements;
- Ensure the security of HR data and compliance with GDPR;
- Monitor social charges and ensure their timely payment, in connection with finance;
- Produce the necessary reports for monthly closings;
- Support the payroll assistant, disseminate best practices and manage special cases.
2. Manage compensation and social benefits topics.
- Monitor HR indicators and prepare social reports (BSI, BDESE, equality index);
- Manage employee savings and welfare schemes, in connection with partners;
- Deploy social benefits and variables (bonuses, profit-sharing, etc.);
- Prepare annual negotiations (NAO): costing, communication, implementation;
- Contribute to structuring compensation policies (classification, etc.).
3. Contribute to the evolution of payroll/GTA settings
- Supervise interfaces between internal tools and the outsourced payroll system;
- Ensure the reliability of settings and coordinate necessary updates;
- Gather business needs, write specifications and manage functional evolutions.
Our ideal candidate:
- You have proven experience in payroll and possess a solid knowledge of labor law and social benefits management;
- You master HRIS tools and are comfortable with HR data issues. Knowledge of Silae and SuccessFactors would be a plus;
- With a project vision, you like to structure and optimize processes;
- You know how to manage a service provider and collaborate effectively with HR and accounting teams;
- Very comfortable with Excel, you demonstrate great rigor, strong analytical skills, discretion, and pedagogy;
- English is appreciated but not required.
