• Leadership of the two teams HR Administration and Recruitment (a total of 7 employees) in a co-leadership model with an enthusiastic, motivated colleague
• Professional responsibility mainly for recruitment
• Participation in the HR management team (consisting of the co-heads of HR Administration & Recruitment, Head of Personnel Development, and Head of Personnel Management) to utilize synergies, jointly develop solutions, and ensure a unified HR presence in the company
• Optimization and further development of HR processes and internal workflows
• Leadership and/or participation in projects within the work area
• Consultation of line managers on personnel law issues
• Recruitment of new employees and executives
• Further development of the HR tools used as well as co-responsibility for support (superuser)

• Commercial basic education with completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration and personnel acquisition (preferably in healthcare and/or public law)
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• High team, service, and solution orientation
• Professional appearance as well as a holistic and networked way of thinking
• Understanding of overall contexts and details as well as calmness and overview in demanding situations
• Differentiated, confident expression skills in spoken and written language
• Very good PC user skills, proficient handling of HR tools and the MS Office suite

The KZU with its two in-house daycares operates two nursing centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three nursing apartments in Nuerensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
