In the heilpädagogisches Zentrum in the heart of the Entlebuch Biosphere, we create space for diversity and individual life and offer our adult residents a meaningful daily structure with a differentiated living, leisure, and social program.
Your tasks
- As group leader, you are responsible for leading the residential group and the employees.
- You are responsible and use your scope for planning and designing varied daily routines for our residents with cognitive impairments and take on key worker duties.
- You use your pedagogical know-how to support our residents in coping with everyday life and dealing with their individual needs and ensure a safe living environment.
- In your work, you place a clear focus on co-determination and self-determination, developmental support, and participation.
- You accompany our social pedagogy students on their way to becoming professionals and share your knowledge and experience with them.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a social pedagogue or as a care specialist and have already gained relevant professional experience (at least 8 years as a care specialist). Ideally, you have completed further leadership training or are willing to do so.
- Working with people fulfills you, and you place great value on maintaining individual and sustainable relationships – with residents as well as with your team colleagues.
- Thanks to your proactive and open nature, you like to try new things and are enthusiastic about new topics (such as digital transformation).
- You maintain a constructive and open approach to challenges and adapt flexibly to new needs and tasks.
- Your suitcase is packed with joy of life, humor, responsibility, and initiative.
