About the job
In May and June 2026, the Youth and Social Cohesion service of the Municipality of Lutry, in collaboration with the Lutry Nautical Club, is organizing days of water activities for students of Lutry schools. The students enjoy a half-day of Stand Up Paddle as well as a half-day of sailing. The project team consists of a watersports base manager, a Stand Up Paddle instructor, and two external sailing supervisors.Your tasks
• Prepare the arrival of the classes and their program
• Ensure coordination of activities between the different stakeholders
• Ensure the reception and safety of the students
• Lead and animate the Stand Up Paddle activity with the students (route and group management on the water)
• Ensure the application of safety instructions during the Stand Up Paddle activity, in tandem with the Stand Up Paddle instructor
• Collaborate with the Stand Up Paddle instructor on the course of the day
Your profile
• Holder of a Plus Pool certificate and up-to-date BLS-AED module;
• Holder of the Lake module, a plus;
• Mastery of Stand Up Paddle;
• Experience and ease in supervising students (8P-10S);
• Excellent responsiveness and discernment to quickly assess a situation and implement appropriate actions to ensure the safety of the students;
• Ability to interpret local weather conditions and adjust the activity accordingly
Start date: Tuesday, May 26, 2026
Duration of the mission: From May 26 to June 19, 2026, fixed-term contract of 4 weeks at 80% (Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday)
