At the Wädenswil Primary School (PSW), around 2,000 students are taught and cared for in six school units. For our Untermosen school unit, we are looking for a committed, strong leadership personality as
Co-Principal (40%)
Your school unit
The Untermosen school unit includes eleven primary classes and five kindergartens as well as a DaZ integration group with around 330 students and a diverse family-oriented care offering. The motivated school team consists of around 70 employees, including teachers, special education teachers, therapists, classroom assistants, and care staff, who are dedicated to the children with high professionalism and great commitment. The school unit is exemplary in school development. The school staff is a highly qualified, pedagogically forward-thinking team that tackles tasks together with great passion. You will find an environment ready to think ahead together and embrace new impulses.
Your tasks
As part of a two-person co-principalship, you share responsibility for the school unit in pedagogical, organizational, and personnel matters. You actively shape school and quality development and implement the municipality-wide educational goals together with your team.
Your co-principalship carries pedagogical, organizational, and personnel shared responsibility. You will also receive targeted administrative support through a joint school management assistant. The collaboration is based on mutual loyalty, trust, a shared, participative leadership understanding, and a clear pedagogical orientation.

Your profile
You are an experienced leader from the school environment. Ideally, you bring the following:
· Training as a school principal (CAS or DAS)
· Pedagogical basic training including professional experience
· In-depth knowledge in school and quality development
· A cooperative and integrative leadership style
· Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and resilience
· Enjoy working with your co-principal, a committed pedagogical team, parents, specialists, education management, and authorities
