Your Tasks
- Care, accompany and support kindergarten and school children (lower level 1st cycle)
- Lead two care teams currently consisting of five employees each
- Manage and guide employees with and without pedagogical training
- Collaborate within the Langwiesen management team as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with parents, school, and specialist offices
- Organization, administration, concept and development work
Your Profile
- Degree as social pedagogue HF/FH or childhood pedagogue HF
- Enjoyment in social pedagogical work with kindergarten and school-age children
- Commitment and openness to further development around education and care with the Langwiesen management team
- Interest in integration and prevention work
- Independent and reliable working style, humor, enthusiasm
