- Management of the reception at the Winterthur location (regional headquarters of fenaco Eastern Switzerland)
- Leadership of the reception team (one employee and temporary staff) as well as planning and coordination of assignments
- Project and administrative support for regional management and the "Areas and Technology" department (e.g., project coordination, events, mailings, presentations, etc.)
- Operating our telephone switchboard and providing internal and external mail
- Reception of customers, suppliers, and visitors
- Presence during opening hours (07:15 – 12:00 / 13:15 – 17:15)
- Vacation cover for the employee (Mon-Fri)
- Vocational training or further education in the commercial field (MS Office)
- Experience and enjoyment in reception and customer contact
- Friendly, professional, and representative appearance
- Conscientious, efficient, and independent working style
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Oral French skills are an advantage
