Product Owner: Information Systems of Outpatient Centers

Job Description

The outpatient centers (from general practitioner practices to medical centers) are the first link in integrated care. The digitization of these centers is key to optimizing the Swiss healthcare system. 

As a Product Owner, you are the link between end users and suppliers regarding contract and product developments and represent the outpatient centers as the central contact person towards the software suppliers. You work hand in hand with our outsourcing partners and internal teams to provide our customers with ever better service.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities:

• Experience with information systems in the outpatient sector with a strong desire to better understand and improve business processes.

• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system or a strong willingness to learn.

• Curiosity and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists from administrative and medical fields.

• You meet and understand the professional side of the customer's information system (IS), collect/define and prioritize corresponding requirements, and manage the corresponding backlog in close cooperation with users and suppliers. Always in relation to IT strategy and good practice.

• Experience in implementing and optimizing business processes related to information systems. Ability to constructively analyze and question existing processes 

• Ability to consider medical practices comprehensively in terms of workplaces, network, telephony, applications, process optimization, with potential construction work.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and remain calm and solution-oriented during stressful times. 

• Independence, team spirit, innovation, motivation, and a positive attitude. 

• Native German speaker, excellent French and good English skills. Knowledge of Italian is a plus. 

• Project management knowledge is a plus. 

• Knowledge of ITIL, IT development processes, and DevOps is advantageous.
