Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the Burgdorf branch office with currently around 26 sales employees and apprentices in internal and external sales
- Leading the management and the entire team according to result- and sales-oriented principles and goals
- Full budget responsibility for the branch office
- Coaching, promoting and supporting the sales team
- Acquiring and caring for major customers and large projects
- Representing ESA in the region at industry events, meetings, general assemblies, etc.
- Participation and involvement in ESA internal leadership meetings
- Ensuring and guaranteeing the flow of information between the branch office and the headquarters as well as compliance with legal requirements and internal instructions
- Conducting market analyses and observations as well as preparing statistical figures for market development
- Organizing regional customer events and occasions in the branch office or externally
