Your team
The Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security division offers the Group's clients and employees a wide range
of services; it manages the buildings of the Group's headquarters in Geneva as well as those of subsidiaries, branches and offices of the
latter in Switzerland and abroad, and ensures their physical security. The Dining service of the division is looking to strengthen
its teams with a:
Client lounges service
Your role
You will provide high-quality table service in lounges reserved for private clients and management, as well as during
events organized outside the Bank.
Responsibilities
- Apply fine dining and tableside carving techniques.
- Set up lounges and reception venues.
- Participate in the maintenance of equipment (silverware, dishes, and glassware) and prepare it for caterers.
- Contribute to the smooth running of meal service in the Bank's private lounges and during events outside the Bank (setup, good collaboration with the kitchen, client reception, closing and tidying up the premises).
- Welcome clients in the reception lounges and take care of the service.
- Manage lounge reservation requests and take orders for beverage service.
- Write and propose menus to clients.
- Confirm orders and communicate them to kitchen and service teams.
Your profile
- Diploma in hospitality/catering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a head/waiter, acquired in fine dining/luxury hospitality, traditional catering, and banquet/catering service.
- Very good knowledge of gastronomy and sommellerie.
- Fluent in French and English. Any other language is an asset.
- Residence in Switzerland required or willing to relocate to Switzerland.

Open-minded and flexible, able to adapt to different situations and work effectively in a team.
