Your tasks:

Managing your own station in the kitchen (e.g. appetizers Garde-Manger or side dishes Entremetier) with creative freedom
Preparation and presentation of dishes at a high level, taking into account regional and sustainable products (breakfast, à la carte and half-board service)
Organization and maintenance of your work area to ensure efficient processes
Close collaboration with the kitchen team to create culinary experiences together
Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards
Guidance and training of young talents in the kitchen team

Your profile:

Completed professional training as a cook
2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
Creativity and attention to detail in the preparation of high-quality dishes
Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and high standards of quality
Interest in fresh and sustainable cuisine
