For our headquarters in Volketswil ZH, we are looking for:

HR Manager for the East Region (m/f) 80-100% - Volketswil ZH

Your tasks with us

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the entire HR life cycle and help to establish further HR processes. You report directly to the management and thus always have a very direct insight into corporate leadership.

Your responsibilities

• Active recruitment activities in cooperation with line managers
• Administration throughout the entire HR life cycle for employees at several locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Responsibility for all social and personal insurances
• Handling of labor law cases
• FTE control and reporting in the HR area
• Co-designing and driving HR through digitalization and process optimization
• Deputizing for the HR Manager Region West (German- and French-speaking Switzerland)
• Preparation and control of payroll runs as well as interface to external payroll accounting
• Monthly preparation of commission statements
• Organization of events for employees (introduction days for new hires, annual celebration, etc.)

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a trading company in an SME environment
• HR further education with a federal certificate or university of applied sciences is an advantage – the training is supported alongside work if not yet completed
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security system
• Confident German in spoken and written form, good French skills desired
• Enjoy working in a cool team
• Strong digital affinity
• A hands-on mentality, precise working style, and trustworthiness complete your profile
