The Kraftwerke Hinterrhein S.A. (KHR) and Kraftwerke Zervreila AG (KWZ) are organized as partner power plants.The Canton of Graubünden holds a 12 percent stake in KHR and a 12.6 percent stake in KWZ.
The Government of the Canton of Graubünden has the right to submit a nomination proposal to the board of directors, intended for the general assembly of KHR and KWZ, for the position on the company's board of directors (cantonal representative).
- is familiar with the context of energy policy at the national and cantonal levels and is able to represent the interests of the Canton of Graubünden and the municipalities of Graubünden,
- has experience in strategic processes and is able to contribute accordingly,
- has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows the energy economy,
- and has a connection to the canton or the region.
