Corporate Social Counselor 40 - 50%
Your tasks:
In this responsible and versatile role, you will take on the following tasks, among others:
- Independent management of corporate social counseling (with high personal responsibility)
- Advice and support on personal, professional, health, and financial concerns – for both active employees and retirees
- Consultation and support in preparation for retirement
- Participation in special personnel situations, e.g., during change processes or conflicts
- Advice and coaching of managers on psychosocial leadership topics
- Case management for the reintegration of ill or injured employees
- Organization and execution of the retirees' meeting
Your profile:
- Degree in Social Work (FH/HFS or university); subject-specific further education (CAS/MAS) desired
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in corporate social work
- Empathetic, unbiased, and solution-oriented attitude, confident appearance, and ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Strong social skills, high commitment, assertiveness, and resilience
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; foreign language skills are a plus
- Very good IT user skills
