About the job

We are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality who is operationally and professionally responsible for the picking and goods processing area. In this key position, you ensure efficient, economical, and top-quality processes and make sure that internal as well as external customers can always rely on a reliable service.

YOUR MISSION

• Leadership and development of the picking team including deployment planning, coaching, and performance management
• Ensuring efficient, economical, and quality-compliant process flows
• Ensuring efficient collaboration and communication at all interfaces 
• Analysis and handling of complaints as well as implementation of improvement measures
• Management of central performance indicators

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in logistics (e.g., logistics specialist EFZ) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in warehouse, picking, or logistics as well as leadership experience in an operational environment
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Good knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) as well as goods flow, picking, and quality processes
• Experience in process optimization, error analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement measures
• Structured and reliable personality with solution-oriented thinking, quality awareness, and confident handling of dynamic situations
• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
