As an HR Business Partner Region Central, you are the central HR contact person for the regional manager and the management of the Mid region, consisting of the country companies in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Austria. You ensure the connection between the division's HR and the HR teams in the countries and actively contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy at the division level.
YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Strategic and operational HR consulting for the regional manager as well as the executives of the country companies
- Close cooperation with the division HR to implement divisional HR strategies, processes, and initiatives
- Interface function between divisional HR and the HR managers of the countries (e.g., harmonization, coordination, and communication)
- Participation in and leadership of HR projects with a regional focus as well as division-wide projects
- Coaching and further development of the local HR teams
- Control and monitoring of relevant HR KPIs at the regional level including action plans
- Consulting on labor law, personnel policy, and co-determination-related issues in cooperation with the local HR teams
- Building and leading internal communication in the Mid region
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, in personnel management, or in a comparable HR function in an international environment
- Experience working with management stakeholders as well as in matrix organizations
- Sound knowledge of modern HR tools and processes (e.g., Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management)
- Excellent communication and consulting skills as well as a confident appearance at management level
- Strong understanding of different countries and cultures as well as willingness to travel moderately
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
