These are your tasks
- Apply broad legal expertise and advise the specialist departments on legal matters, especially in the areas of networks & infrastructure as well as energy and heat supply
- Edit, review, and negotiate contracts
- Enforce or defend legal claims
- Conduct clarifications on legal issues related to the energy industry and other relevant legal areas
- Prepare legal opinions on projects and business matters
- Participate in various corporate projects
What distinguishes you
- Degree in law, preferably complemented by a lawyer’s license
- Professional experience in a similar role is desirable
- Ideally knowledge of construction law as well as general public law
- Interest in various legal fields and entrepreneurial contexts
- Enjoy working on legal issues in a practical and solution-oriented manner
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Very good editorial and communication skills in German
