Security Center Employee

In our "Real Estate" division, we manage, build, and operate the properties of Zürcher Kantonalbank with over 100 colleagues. Together with you, we want to shape the future – operate today's security and develop tomorrow's security.

We are the "Security Center" team, consisting of 17 motivated employees. Operating the security centers at the Hard and Bahnhofstrasse locations is one of our main tasks.

• Monitoring the security systems of all our bank's locations in a 3-shift operation around the clock (video and alarm systems)
• Handling all emergency calls and deploying various intervention forces (e.g., police, fire brigade, medical services, on-call service, emergency organization)
• Carrying out interventions, alarm investigations, first aid, guidance, and control rounds
• Processing all incident reports and maintaining journal and reporting systems
• Conducting access controls and issuing access media
• Managing and distributing emergency documents and intervention equipment
• Supporting specialist departments of the security service (company medical service, evacuation, fire protection, travel and occupational safety)

• Completed vocational training
• Professional experience (5 years) in the security sector – preferably in central services
• You hold a driving license (category B)
• Willingness to work shifts around the clock
• You score with your quick comprehension and understand complex contexts quickly
• Your working style is proactive and service-oriented, and you convince with your flexible and responsible personality
• Very good German skills with strong communication abilities
