Administration Employee with Project Responsibility
Soteria Bern treats and supports young people with acute psychoses in a milieu-therapeutic, stimulus-protected environment. It belongs to the Social Psychiatry Interest Group Bern and is an important and established part of the psychiatric basic care of the canton of Bern.
Whether inpatient, day clinic, or outpatient: Soteria offers users integrated, person-centered, and sustainable treatment right in the middle of Bern. The administrative staff have their offices in the inpatient area of Soteria and are therefore in direct contact with users and the day team.
To strengthen our multiprofessional team, we are looking for an
Administration Employee with Project Responsibility (50% to 60%)
Workplace: Soteria Bern, Zieglerstrasse 34, 3007 Bern
What to expect
- Maintenance of administrative patient and referral data including data archiving
- Assistance in ensuring compliance with applicable tariff regulations
- Service recording and coding
- Collaboration in the creation of internal and external statistics
- Project responsibility
- Support with operational and organizational tasks in daily operations
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training or higher vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role in healthcare (hospital administration advantageous)
- High IT affinity (MS Office, clinical information system, billing system)
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of independence
- A customer- and service-oriented personality with joy in dealing with people
- Enjoyment of project-oriented work and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
