To support the Finance department, we are looking for an Accountant (M/F) Payroll & Financial Management at an activity rate of 80%-100%.
Mission
Payroll (approx. 40%): payroll preparation in pairs and associated administrative management
Accounting (approx. 60%): support to the Finance Manager (current accounting, controls, closings, budget, reporting) with production of tables and analyses on Excel.
Desired profile
Federal diploma of commercial employee or equivalent training
Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting (in progress or obtained)
Experience in accounting and/or payroll management (ideally 3–5 years)
Very good command of Excel (tables, formulas, pivot tables)
Good level of written French (letters and common professional exchanges)
Rigor, sense of confidentiality and respect for deadlines
Team spirit, autonomy and desire to invest sustainably in a useful position
Mastery of MS Office; knowledge of ProConcept is an asset
Interest in the social field and ease in contact with people with disabilities
