First contact: Our process usually starts with a brief virtual/phone conversation to learn more about you! The goal? To get to know you, understand your motivations, and ensure we offer you the position that best suits you!
Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 – but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager of course, but also other people you will work with. These interviews will allow us to learn more about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
As part of our development, we are looking for a SAP eWM Project Manager to support the deployment of our logistics solution as well as the implementation of a new precious material management model. This mission, lasting 24 months, constitutes a strategic digital and operational transformation project.
Your missions
Lead the SAP eWM deployment project.
Coordinate the various stakeholders (local teams, IT, external partners).
Ensure the implementation of the new material management model.
Define and monitor the project roadmap, budgets, and deadlines.
Support change management and ensure field team buy-in.
Track and measure project performance indicators.
Your profile
Engineering degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
Proven experience in industrial and digital project management.
Strong knowledge of SAP eWM and/or similar ERP projects.
Strong interest in digital topics and innovation.
Excellent communication and ability to interact with field teams.
Rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage complex projects.
