We are a small but dynamic and innovative organization with a service mandate for outpatient nursing and housekeeping in the municipality of Würenlos. It is very important to us that the nearly 7,000 inhabitants of Würenlos can stay at home as long as possible and be well cared for. We place special emphasis on our clients being able to build a solid relationship of trust with us and therefore ensure personnel continuity in our nursing and care.
We are looking for a motivated person as of March 1, 2026, or earlier due to the succession planning of our Spitex management:
Head of Nursing / Deputy Managing Director (80-100%)
Your versatile tasks are:
You are jointly responsible with the managing director for the development and provision of services.
In the absence of the managing director, you bear the professional and personnel responsibility for the operation.
You lead the nursing team. You support the employees in everyday nursing and in the nursing process.
You are responsible for carrying out assessments of the nursing needs of our clients.
Through your open, empathetic, and goal-oriented manner, you understand how to promote a trusting collaboration – both internally and with external stakeholders.
Your profile
- Certified nursing professional HF or FH with leadership experience
- Independent and responsible working style
- Empathetic leadership personality
- Leadership training or willingness to complete such training
- Independent, responsible, and efficient working style
- High communication and social competence as well as resilience
- Interest in complex, rapidly changing situations
- Team player and flexibility
- Very good IT skills and practical experience,
- Knowledge of interRAI HC and Perigon is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
