Employee Garden Maintenance & Garden Care

The garden and landscaping department of the Bühl Foundation is committed to ensuring that young people with intellectual or learning disabilities achieve a good apprenticeship qualification in order to lead as independent a life as possible, integrate professionally and socially, and participate in society. We are looking for people who are passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team, and pass on their expertise to the trainees.
Your tasks
- Independent, professional, and high-quality execution of garden maintenance and garden care work for private and institutional clients, involving the trainees
- Supervising a group of one to two trainees/clients
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a landscape gardener or experience in garden care
- Enjoyment of the profession and working with young people
- Creativity, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Driver's license category B
