The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. Profile:
The person we are looking for holds the federal certificate of competence as a cook, has excellent knowledge of the Italian language both spoken and written as well as a second national language; knows how to use the main IT tools and masters food techniques, kitchen equipment and machines as well as current hygiene standards and procedures (HACCP rules). The future collaborator is available and flexible for shift work, split shifts, weekends and holidays.
They are attentive to meeting the expectations and requests of internal and external customers and know how to establish effective and constructive relationships; they are oriented towards change and development. They are precise, orderly and punctual in carrying out activities, always paying particular attention and sensitivity to hygiene and cleanliness; they are responsible for controlling production, storage and finishing processes.
In addition to being able to work independently, they have a predisposition for teamwork, initiative, and creativity.
