Tasks
- You conduct individual and group therapies for mentally ill people aged 18 to 64 in an acute inpatient setting.
- You implement occupational therapy treatment (with a focus on depression treatment) in an evidence-based and needs-oriented manner. You maintain professionally sound documentation.
- You proactively contribute to the conceptual further development of occupational therapy treatment in the specialized ward.
- You are part of the intra- and interprofessional team and actively participate in achieving therapeutic goals within the overall treatment.
- You contribute professionally, including in interprofessional reports, team meetings, and supervisions.
Profile
- You have completed a degree or training in occupational therapy (BSc, FH, HF).
- You have professional experience in a similar or comparable environment and ideally clinical experience in the field of psychiatry.
- Preferably, you have experience in conducting therapeutic interventions focusing on depression, or you have a special interest in the topic and are open to further training.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational therapy models and their assessments is desired.
- You think and act in a networked and systemic way, work innovatively, independently, and team-oriented.
