These are your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the care and support area (71 residents)
• Ensuring a high-quality and humane level of care and support according to current care standards
• Monitoring cyclical care planning, complete care documentation, and the application of RAI LTCF
• Leading the care team according to their strengths and resources
• Ensuring and monitoring staff deployment plans according to legal, economic, and qualitative criteria

This is what you bring

• Tertiary level nursing qualification
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in long-term care and corresponding management training
• Organizational and communication talent
• Team player, collaboration as a strength
• High resilience as well as knowing personal limits
