Thanks to your precision, you guarantee compliance with legal provisions and directly contribute to the quality of the data that supports daily operations.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification and have initial experience in public transport
• You master French (C1), both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of German (B1)
• You have in-depth knowledge of the LDT / OLDT
• You are a user of the Hastus planning software and master common office tools
• You work in a structured and autonomous manner, respecting priorities and deadlines
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate diplomacy, and are able to identify, explain, and solve technical and legal issues

Do these tasks inspire you?

• You keep the personnel and vehicle databases up to date in the Hastus system
• You prepare reports and data lists
• You forward work certificates and error protocols to the relevant departments
• You perform the calculation of working hours when a contract ends
• You carry out and verify the proper execution of interfaces between different management software
• You participate in future developments of Hastus and its interfaces
• You collaborate on the reporting and management of irregularities in the Hastus software (GIRO)
• You support your colleagues in the optimal use of the software
