As Senior Product Manager and Product Management Team Lead, you will combine hands-on responsibility for selected products in the areas of Debit Cards, ATM Processing and TWINT payment processing with the leadership of Product Managers who support banks operating in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will work on product direction, roadmap decisions, and client requirements, while ensuring that product management activities across the team follow agile standards and are well coordinated.In this position, you will contribute directly to product shaping and lifecycle management, manage dependencies across product domains, and support the delivery of enhancements and changes. Together with Client and Business Development, IT, Operations and Payment Fraud and Dispute Services, you will ensure that product decisions are grounded in commercial, operational and regulatory considerations.
