Continuing Education Officer (40-60%)

Your tasks:
Continuous further education is central in our working world. To professionally plan and carry out continuing education offers, reliable and careful administration is needed. This is where you come in: You take over the administrative organization and support of various continuing education formats. Among other things, the following tasks await you:
• Independent support of various continuing education products as well as ensuring a smooth process
• Organization and provision of documents for events
• Maintenance of databases and systems
• Providing information and administrative support to those responsible for offers and participants
• General organizational and administrative tasks within the team
The position is limited due to a deputy role until 30.09.2026 and includes a workload of 60%. From 01.10.2026 to 31.08.2027, the position is also limited, but with a workload of 40%. There is an option for extension.
Your profile:
You are a service-oriented, flexible personality with a good sense for different people.
Additionally, you bring the following:
• Commercial vocational training or equivalent education – ideally experience in the education sector
• High service orientation and enjoyment of structured, precise work
• Confident handling of digital tools and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience – also in intense phases
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as part of events
