The Customer Service 3000 and the call center are the business cards for our contacts inside and outside the cantonal administration.
To ensure this important hub function is performed professionally, we are looking for a reliable, friendly, committed, and resilient personality to support us in a 60% workload on three out of five days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Receiving, checking, and forwarding reports at Customer Service 3000 to the responsible departments
- Receiving and forwarding incoming calls from citizens
- Reservation management for meeting rooms / conference center
- Administrative support for the department head
Your profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the customer area
- Flawless German in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge in spoken English, French, and Italian
- User knowledge in MS Office
