Your team

A group owned and managed by partners, Pictet offers a full range of financial services aimed at wealthy families and individuals, including discretionary management and investment advisory solutions as well as family office services.
As a manager within the team responsible for the France International market, based in Geneva, your tasks will notably include developing client relationships, offering a tailored client experience, and mobilizing available resources to provide solutions integrating all aspects of wealth management.
Your role
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients established in the French market.
- Manage each relationship by ensuring the establishment of a complete client profile as well as rigorous account administration.
- Meet existing and potential clients, prepare meetings, and follow up accordingly.
- Propose and implement suitable products in investment, banking services, as well as wealth and estate planning, leveraging all internal resources (notably specialists in investment, wealth planning, credit).
- Ensure that the products and services offered align with clients’ objectives and needs.
- Monitor portfolios and conduct performance reviews.
- Keep up to date with market news and developments, and understand their impact on client portfolios.
- Establish close and fruitful collaboration with other departments and offices within the Group.
- Adhere to a strong compliance culture, strictly respect legal and regulatory provisions as well as internal directives and procedures, and ensure optimal risk management.
- Possess the necessary knowledge for the effective application of all applicable rules and ensure fair treatment of all clients.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with Pictet’s mission and core values, demonstrating a high level of competence and strong professional integrity.
Your profile
- University education with a master’s degree; postgraduate diploma such as MBA, CIIA or CFA is an asset.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in business development within wealth management.
- Ability to develop a portfolio of HNW clients established in the relevant market.
- Strong knowledge of investment concepts, banking services, and complex structures (particularly portfolio structuring, asset allocation, discretionary management, securities account management, portfolio reviews, deposit and credit solutions, complex structures, and identification of opportunities related to wealth planning).
- Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented attitude, and proactivity.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and mastery of presentation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic aligned with Pictet’s values and collegial culture.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Residence in Switzerland required (for candidates residing abroad: willingness to relocate to Switzerland).
