- Your completed vocational training EFZ as a dairy or food technologist gives you solid expertise, which you have continuously expanded through relevant further training (HF/FS1/2).
- Leadership competence is in your blood and you already have experience in team leadership. With your appreciative and inspiring manner, you motivate your employees and create a positive working atmosphere in which the potential of each individual can fully unfold.
- Communication is one of your outstanding strengths. You always keep your team informed, present results clearly and understandably, and promote collaboration and team spirit. Through these skills and your joy in interpersonal exchange, you are an important link between all parties involved.
- Reliability and commitment characterize you. Structured and proactive work as well as the willingness to take responsibility are a matter of course for you.
