At the headquarters in Wil, you work at the heart of our organization. With a workload of 30 – 50%, you support us in the mornings and work closely with the teams at the branches as well as the colleagues at the headquarters.
Your tasks
- Administrative tasks (checks, analyses, correspondence, etc.)
- Organization, administration, and development in the area of exchange devices
- Master data management (recording, modification, control)
- Support of the locations in area-specific issues
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Flair for numbers, customer-oriented, precise and efficient work
- Good assertiveness, resilient, confident appearance and good manners even in hectic situations
- German as mother tongue, French/Italian desired
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP an advantage
