Every year, many people take the leap into professional life with us as cooks and chefs, kitchen staff EBA, health professionals (FaGe), health and social assistants (AGS), hospitality and housekeeping professionals EFZ and EBA, as well as commercial employees. Or complete a Nursing Specialist HF degree.

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offerings range from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care services at the Dielsdorf location are complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.

• Care and support of our patients and residents
• Ensuring the nursing process
• Creation, adjustment, and evaluation of nursing documentation
• Accurate recording of performance data
• Integrated 6-month external internship in the acute and transitional care department
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, and other specialist agencies
• Training duration: 3 years (shortened HF studies of 2 years possible with completed apprenticeship as health professional EFZ) or 3 to 4 years in part-time education
• Own Learning Transfer Training (LTT), including regular exchange with HF students from partner companies

• Completed apprenticeship as health professional EFZ, Matura or equivalent

• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)

• Empathy and high social competence in dealing with patients, residents, and their relatives

• Practical understanding, strong sense of responsibility, and independent working style

• Active and situation-appropriate relationship and communication skills

• Resilient, sociable, and humorous personality with good observation skills

• Enjoyment in working for and with people

• Willingness to further develop professional knowledge and make an important contribution to the success of our health center

• Attended information event about Nursing HF studies at a higher technical school ZAG or Careum and/or registered
