As part of the creation of the Morges Childhood Network, we are looking for a:
Deputy Head of Department, responsible for the administrative team at 80%
Your main tasks:
- organize, plan and manage the activities of the administrative sector of the Morges Childhood Network and the Childhood Service (allocation of places, income determination, management of family contracts and litigation)
- assist the head of department in carrying out all the tasks incumbent on the service
The profile we are looking for:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- additional management training at CAS level
- at least 2 years of experience in personnel management
- project management skills
- mastery of the legislation in force in day care
- proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel
