What is the role about?
You are responsible for company-wide data governance and further develop the corresponding framework with a focus on quality and transparency. In doing so, you promote a data-empowered culture and coordinate the exchange between relevant departments.
What tasks will you take on?
- You lead and coordinate all data governance activities company-wide.
- You specifically further develop the data governance framework – focusing on data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- You lead an interdisciplinary expert group and drive the exchange on data management topics forward.
- You promote a data-empowered culture – with awareness measures, training, and inspiring lighthouse projects.
- You coordinate closely with key stakeholders within the Endress+Hauser Group and sustainably anchor governance.
What do we expect from you?
- You have successfully completed studies (ETH, university or university of applied sciences) in business informatics, data management, or a comparable field.
- You bring solid experience in data management and data governance – preferably from various roles.
- You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and spoken.
- You think entrepreneurially, act independently, and present yourself convincingly.
- You combine analytical strength with diplomatic skill and enjoy dialogue.
