- Fluency in French with knowledge of English or German preferred.

Function specifics: the holder must reside or commit to residing within 30 minutes of the site. This is a position with daytime hours and standby duty in compliance with current legislation.
- A higher education in a technical or administrative field
- A firefighter officer training completed with one or more specialties
- A driving license, categories B and C
- As a native French speaker, you have knowledge of English and/or German, which would be a plus
- At least 5 years of experience as a section chief or staff officer in a professional or permanent firefighters' corps
- A solid experience as a commanding officer with multiple partners
- Good skills in driving practice within a command post
- Experience as a firefighter instructor or adult trainer
- A natural, inspiring, and charismatic leadership, with a dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and great stress resistance
- A state of health and physical condition compliant with FSSP standards and periodic SUVA tests, certified by an internal medical visit
