Master Data Responsible and Webshop Manager

• Responsible for the internal city webshop of Logistik Bern with over 10,000 items
• Responsible for master data management of Logistik Bern in cooperation with the purchasing team
• Co-design of a new webshop solution
• Assistance in operational purchasing; receiving and processing customer orders, order and invoice processing, etc.
• Assistance with other projects such as catalog management, process optimizations, etc.

• Commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent training, additionally further training as purchasing clerk or similar is an advantage
• Several years of experience in the purchasing area with a main focus on master data and/or webshop topics
• Good MS Office and SAP application knowledge (SAP S4/Hana is an advantage)
• Networked working style and high initiative
