Where you excel

• As a technical specialist, you install and configure CAD solutions (especially Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD) directly at our customers' sites and ensure smooth operation
• You analyze customer requirements and tailor systems, settings, and workflows specifically to the respective needs
• Conducting standard training sessions as well as customer-specific workshops is part of your varied daily routine
• You support our customers with technical questions and act as a competent contact person in day-to-day business
• You actively advance the development and implementation of automations, scripts, and individual extensions in the CAD and PDM environment
  
  
  

What sets you apart

• Completed technical training in mechanical engineering, design, or a comparable field
• Solid practical experience with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, ideally complemented by knowledge of Vault or other PDM systems
• Experience in installing and configuring software solutions as well as a good understanding of IT contexts (client/server, networks)
• Interest or experience in automation, programming, or development in the CAD/PDM environment (e.g., iLogic, APIs, scripting)
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as conducting training sessions and workshops
• Team-oriented, motivated personality with a high service orientation and very good German skills
