Your Field of Activity
- Leading and coordinating a project team
- Structuring and organizing the project as well as taking over cost management and resource planning
- Creating service descriptions and specifications for public and private construction projects
- Taking over cost estimation and pricing for specifications
- Taking over bid evaluation and conducting the awarding process
- Developing and monitoring schedules
- Checking invoices and supplements as well as supporting on-site supervision
- Coordination with clients and specialist planners
Your Competence
- Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualification (e.g., technician/master in the construction sector)
- Several years of experience in service phases 6–7, ideally also in service phase 8
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, as well as public and private procurement law
- Confident handling of industry-standard AVA software programs
- Independent and responsible work within the project team structure
