- Professional and personnel management of the educational staff
- Customer-oriented, open, and trusting collaboration with parents
- Participation in the care and promotion of mixed-age children's groups (3 months - 6 years)
- Organization of the daily work on site
- Completed basic training as a childcare specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator, or similar pedagogical training
- At least 5 years of professional experience, leadership training is an advantage
- Trainer qualification and experience in guidance
- Strong self-, professional, and social competence
- Joy and patience in dealing with children, staff, and parents
- Commitment, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
- A new, modern daycare under development
