The Zurich Cantonal Bank invests in the development of young people! We are looking for talented and high-performing individuals for our IT Way-up training starting in August 2026.
Your tasks
- During your 2-year IT Way-up training, specializing in application development, you will support various teams with their daily tasks, exciting projects, and continuously deepen your IT know-how.
- You will learn to develop programs used in the banking sector (e.g., eBanking). Of course, this also includes web applications.
- Additionally, you will be introduced to the secrets of programming and learn them.
- You will discuss with your clients how a program to be developed should look in the end. Afterwards, you will program and test it before handing over the result to the clients.
- Furthermore, you will document your tasks in writing and write instructions for future users.
- At vocational school and in inter-company courses, you will round off and deepen your knowledge.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a federally recognized Matura school.
- You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and conscientious work ethic.
- Logical, networked, and holistic thinking are among your strengths.
- You are open to new things and show a permanent willingness to learn and perform as well as high perseverance.
- You enjoy solving tricky and complex tasks and questions.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
