Mission
As a Team Leader, you carry out and oversee the work related to electrical installations for road and rail infrastructures, specializing in cable pulling. You operationally lead your team to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe execution of pulling work and associated activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the work, particularly in pulling LV/MV cables, pulling in ducts, technical galleries, tunnels, and railway zones.
- Organize, prepare, and coordinate pulling operations: cable trays, ducts, pulling chambers, winches, reels, specific equipment.
- Supervise, motivate, and distribute tasks within your team, ensuring smooth and safe progress of all pulling phases.
- Adapt execution to field constraints (tunnels, railway tracks, traffic, night schedules), and ensure proper preparation of cable routes.
- Check the condition of pulling equipment, anticipate needs, optimize resources, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure pulling compliance with plans and technical requirements, document completed activities, and report necessary information to the site manager / works supervisor.
- Strictly enforce safety rules, check PPE, identify risks related to pulling, and stop work in case of danger.
- Participate in training and supporting employees to ensure quality, controlled, and timely pulling.
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an installer-electrician, assembly electrician, or equivalent training/experience.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in road and/or rail infrastructures, including strong skills in cable pulling (LV, MV, tunnels, ducts, technical galleries).
- Strong technical skills, ability to analyze a pulling route and anticipate operational constraints.
- Experience in supervising a small team, organizational skills, and ability to maintain cohesion.
- Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, flexible person comfortable with night or weekend schedules related to the field constraints.
- Driver's license.
