Your main mission will be to coordinate and promote an inclusion policy within our collective care structures. Your workplace will be located at the General Management, in Echallens. You will report to the director of the care sectors.
Your missions:
- Ensure the implementation of the inclusion policy defined by EFAJE and its coherent integration within the structures.
- Support and assist educational teams in the evaluation and monitoring of children with specific needs, in connection with the competent services.
- Represent EFAJE with cantonal, communal, and school authorities, within the framework of the implementation of the 360° concept, as well as within multidisciplinary networks.
- Promote an inclusive institutional culture within the network, through the enhancement of professional practices and participation in cantonal consultations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the inclusion system and participate in the development of structuring elements related to this new position.
Your profile:
Autonomous and rigorous, you carry out your missions with discernment, knowing how to manage your stress, recognize your limits, and demonstrate resilience. Your analytical and synthesis skills allow you to accurately understand complex situations. Attentive and observant, you know how to establish a climate of trust thanks to your interpersonal skills, empathy, and clear communication. Discreet and respectful, you act with professionalism and integrity, while maintaining discretion.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in social work, specializing in social education, or an equivalent qualification, you have at least five years of experience in the field of specialized education. Knowledge of the Vaud day care system is an asset. Recognized for your excellent writing skills, you also have excellent computer skills (MS Office).
