Your tasks – versatile, responsible and shaping
- Planning, implementation and optimization of the Microsoft governance and compliance framework as well as integration into cantonal processes
- Continuous development of cloud governance structures and ensuring sustainable anchoring in existing workflows
- Identification of legal and regulatory requirements as well as development of roadmaps and concrete measures
- Professional advice to decision-making bodies and moderation of discussions on governance, compliance and cloud topics
- Implementation and operation of governance processes as well as ensuring quality, effectiveness and traceability
- Monitoring the implementation of defined measures as well as participation in audits and reporting
- Complete documentation of governance structures and processes as well as target group-oriented preparation of complex issues
- Presentation of results and representation of decisions made to internal stakeholders
Your profile – experienced, implementation-strong and committed
- Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, IT management or comparable
- Several years of experience with cloud governance, compliance and Microsoft cloud environments
- Sound knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks, processes and guidelines
- Experience in implementation, monitoring and further development of complex IT governance structures
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and consulting competence towards decision-making bodies
- Teamwork, service orientation and hands-on mentality
- Enthusiasm for innovative solutions and digital technologies; experience in the public sector is an advantage
